This one claims to be 4 turns end to end. It is, when using a basic transmitter and receiver pair like a Flysky i6. However when I used an OrangeRX receiver on Spektrum DSM2 protocol, I increased the scale of the signal on my Jumper T8SG transmitter to 150% and I was able to measure a 5.5 turns range of travel. You might even get more range than that using an FRsky protocol, as their receivers often output a PWM signal all the way from 885ms to 2100ms. This extra travel allows you to rig the main sheet (rope) to a point further out on the boom so that the servo can pull the sail with more force and put less strain on the geartrain. The pulley has two separate tracks so you can rig your jib and mainsail on one servo. The pulley is decently strong. I can't imagine it breaking under the force the keel can provide against the wind unless you put it on far too large of a boat.

I set it up on the bench first to get some experience. Turns a little bit more than 4 turns. Very good proprtional response to transmitter input, much better than the installed sail winch I bought it to replace. Excellent value for the price.
