Very poor quality, after one use would not retract. Very dangerous as I am a dog walker and was out with a clients dog at the time. Will be returning it.

After the first walk with my puppy, this product ( automatic leash) was broken. The leash can't be automatically returned - leash doesn't work!!!!! I need a new one or please refund me my money.
