Quality of this item is excellent. It is very easy to use. Install application on cellphone. Insert Sim in Tracker (load some airtime on it). There is a manual that comes with it (to set your phone as a "admin") This way only you or whoever you add to admin numbers can get the real time location of the GPS (which you can have in your car or motorbike or backpack/briefcase. This is ideal if you have elderly people traveling a long distances or maybe children. It's just safer that way. The accuracy of the device is fairly good. (5-20meters depending on your provider and the signal quality). It's built very solid and works as advertised. Sofar the battery has been lasting me about 2weeks.

Works perfectly great, although the real time tracking can be a pain in the ass.

It doesn't work and I can't get any support to know what the problem is and what can I do with it.
