Work well for small job press the button wait a few second and solder. No idea how long the battery will last but it is handy to have a portable soldering iron. Has a nice carrying bag for easy transport.

Patrick Press and hold the power button will turn the iron on there's a little light behind the button it should light up when the power is on, once you release the button the iron will turn off.
