O relógio deve ser registrado através do aplicativo. Surgiu então um problema interessante. O relógio em si era de fato novo, mas depois de digitalizar o código QR e inserir os dados, uma pessoa francesa desconhecida (uma mãe) foi o operador do relógio. Isso foi interessante porque sem a permissão da mãe francesa desconhecida, eu não teria conseguido conectar o aplicativo ao relógio. Assim, ficou claro que havia um problema com seu código de registro. Como não era o administrador, também não pude configurar as funções especiais do relógio. Contactei a equipa de serviço da Banggood e eles ajudaram-me. Contactaram o fornecedor, tendo-lhe sido atribuído um novo número de registo. Tem funcionado perfeitamente desde então. O problema levou 9 dias para ser resolvido, devido à diferença de fuso horário de 7 horas e ao fato de que eu só tinha tempo para lidar com ele à noite, caso contrário teria sido muito mais rápido. Well, the watch itself arrived in immaculate and new condition, well packaged. To take full advantage of the watch's functions, you need the Aladeng app (and register), which can also be downloaded from the Google Play store. The watch must be registered via the app. An interesting problem then arose. The watch itself was indeed new, but after scanning the QR code and entering the data, an unknown French person (a mother) was the operator of the watch. This was interesting because without the permission of the unknown French mother I would not have been able to connect the app to the watch. So it became clear that there was a problem with your registration code. Since I was not the administrator, I could not set up the watch special functions either. I contacted the Banggood service team and they helped me. They contacted the supplier and the watch was given a new registration number. It has worked perfectly since then. The problem took 9 days to resolve, due to the 7 hour time zone difference and the fact that I only had time to deal with it in the evenings, otherwise it would have been much faster. Grateful thank you Banggood Service Team and the supplier.

Also, from the launcher it is impossible to quickly adjust the volume of music playback, for example. In our old watches, the player app itself had a volume control. The parent application for controlling the clock via a mobile phone is generally working, only the Ukrainian translation in some places requires effort to guess what is being said. The manufacturer should make it possible to customize watch faces, because this is already a standard functionality, or at least develop a dozen or two different options to choose from. Perhaps I would also like the SOS function - dialing a fixed number while holding the button. Otherwise, this is a fairly functional watch for a child for its price. Parcel delivered on time.
