good quality, working very good with app

have checked reading against blood pressure cuff & it is off by about 30 points. The APP that is referred to isn't compatible with my Cell or Tablet so can't access any functions. Reviews of APP are very Poor. But I will use it till I find something better at reasonable price & reading as a reference only.
