thank you very much Banggood. my child safety seat has arrived on my door step by Express DHL lesotho.

My 2 year old is still able to move freely within the straps even when it is fully tightened. When she gets to 3 years old it may then hold her securely in the seat.

I have a granddaughter who comes to visit and I thought this would be perfect for her...IT IS!! Just wish it came with a carrying case but I will find something that works so that I can store in the trunk when not in use. Thank You BG!
