Very nice product. I must admit I was initially more slkeptical than convinced when reading the specifications of the product (size of the display, claimed magnification, ...) but it also piqued my curiosity and I gave it a try. Now that I have received it, I must say I'm quite convinced by the usefulness of the device (although I haven't explored all its possibilities). Mind it: it is fixed focus and has a fairly shallow depth of field but that makes sense for its intended use. Now, do you absolutely need one if you have a good optical magnifier, an inspection camera or a good digital camera with macro capabiltiies? Maybe not but I have good magnifiers and good digital cameras and I find this little device useful (the digital part, at least, because the optical part (in the handle) seems less useful.
