I bought this heatsink to see if if I could use them with those dirt cheap 10w led (https://goo.gl/g3aBNy). I also have cheap cooling fan for it: https://goo.gl/g3aBNy

Heatsink for 10 Watts LED,Due to this heatsink, I can charge 10 watts to the extreme. Keep in mind, with forced air cooling. .They are used on my model plane and are still visible at a distance of 500 m.Do not know if the 10 watts LED gets to hot without external cooling.
