I did some measurements with an osciloscope with different loads and input voltages it works from about 9v to 30v (it shuts off cleanly outside of this range) no big noise, no spikes when input voltages changed suddenly. it also survived some short circuits without problems, input fuse survived also. Output voltage varied from 4.98 to 5.2 V with no load (0 amps) with 9v to 30v input change, very small variation under load (2 amps) The cover is not black like showed, but grey-transparent.. not a big deal but looks different. Good product overall, lets see how long it keeps working
