I have several solar PV panels that had been sitting around, and can parallel their output to get more current. My problem was how to regulate their output so I could charge my phone from these panels. The answer was these little boards from BangGood - solder-connect to one panel and I can join more panels at need. My solution is extremely simple and I carry the little boards in their shipping bag as seen in the picture. Now my PV panels are back in use... :-)
