Body: Good - fins aligned & seem adequate Powder Coat: seems quite good thick Mounting kit: adequate Alignment: accurate (diode to reflector) Fixing Bracket: Opening could have been a tighter fit or the hexagon head bolts needed to be 5mm longer as the fixing nuts slop around in their location the bolt is pushed away from the nut because of the bracket that is to wide. Not a big issue just be aware, if for some reason you have to mount the bracket to the vehicle first. Stability: Based on a first handle of the product it seems that the hexagon bolts fixing the bracket to the LEDs will keep them aligned additional packing and or spring washers will do the trick. I believe additional water proofing may be necessary at least around the perspex face {only a very small bead} to ensure a well protected unit [has another benefit it grips]. Light OP: This is a subjective matter - reliability is more important mechanically and electrically for me. DSMC
