I purchased two of theese power supplies . They can be powered with 230V AC 50Hz without problems (white wires). The output voltage was 12,05V on one and 11,85V on the other (black and red wire; stable DC; no load attached). Of course the output voltage drops when current is drawn, but in acceptable ranges. Small and easy to install with small screw. Be aware of how long is strip and what kinf of LED diods are on it. It is only 18W (1.5A). I bought 4 pieces and all work OK.

Some people wrote that it doesn't deliver 12V if the primary source is 110V AC, but here in Europe, where we have 230V it works just fine. I connected 2 pieces 12V 10W led emitters parallel and they light up equally bright, but slightly under their max. power consumption. This reduces heat production, while still giving lots of light.

This unit should delivery enough power to light up a 10-12 ft LED strip which should provide enough light for a small room.
